Yes, NSB can be installed on the client machine, be that web client (web server) or desktop client. Work is being done to get that all the way to the browser with Silverlight.</description>

For the query path how do you deal with model modifications (due to UI changes / additions) or bringing up new instances of the cache?  It seems like this requires talking to the database which is tricky when messages are being passed around.  Are there tools/frameworks/patterns that make your life easier here?</description>
