		<description>I agree, Udi, that your top level business services are aligned closely to the business, and the processes that the business runs.  There is no point in discussion reuse for services at this level.

Would you not consider, however, that these top level services could call other services, ones at a lower &#039;level?&#039;  Would those services not need to be reusable?  

Think about it... the services at the Engagement level have to create leads and close sales, and in doing so, create the notion of a customer.  The services in the Management area need to handle things like support and billing, so they need to know this customer, and services in the Production area may need to ship or handle logistics with this customer.

Wouldn&#039;t underlying &#039;customer&#039; services be reusable?
