		<description>Developers have always been fascinated with shiny things.  If it&#039;s not the UI, it&#039;s something else.  This isn&#039;t going away anytime soon.  I blame the developers who develop applications for their own pleasure instead of trying to develop an application which is useful to the end user.  It&#039;s like a construction foreman who would put in a spiral staircase because it looks cool or is challenging to build.</description>
