If you were to create an entirely Amazon based solution, then SQS would probably be a good choice. However, if you&#039;re currently running your solution on your own infrastructure, the latency of going to Amazon between all calls between your own servers and your partners systems, and vice versa, would probably be unacceptable at even moderate loads.</description>
