		<description>You have a point.  Spreading the knowledge is more important than the tools.  It is sometimes painful when you have developers that pay more attention to the tools than the architecture/patterns that were used to make the tools.  Like a &quot;Why have indepth knowledge of the how it works if someone already did it?&quot; type of attitude.  All the more reason to, since you won&#039;t be spending time building it, spend the time understanding how to fully exploit it.</description>
