		<description>I think you are right on with your assumption.  I am an architect and I don&#039;t think I would earn respect and provide any leadership if I did not write code myself.  

My role is laying out the plumbing and proving it with Proof of Concept implementations.  This works well for me, as it points out a overlooked weakness or reveals some aspects of the business not shown prior.</description>
