		<description>Looking from the outside on large enterprises  they all seem to have well-thought out methodologies for building stuff. After all, they produce some amazing things.
And yet, I find it amazing that arriving at the scene on (many - not all) projects in those same large enterprises, a lot of the times,  each project tries to reinvent the wheel and tackle the whole how do we go from here, how do we make a plan, etc. from scratch...
