		<description>This rings so true with almost all of our clients.  I guess they wouldn&#039;t be clients to a consulting firm if they didn&#039;t have internal issues, right? ;)

I have recently, the past 2 years, subscribed to the agile camp of software development methodology.  When used wisely, I have found that teams do not have to work much overtime.  The problems come in when your customer gets too far away from the project goals and details.  This happens quite often when the project managers become business analysts/system analysts/political advocates within the organization along with their PM tasks.

Thank you for a well thought out commentary on this issue of straining development teams.
